It is a hustle and bustle time of year. Everything speeds up. Holiday preparations and celebrations in full gear, gatherings with friends and family, end-of-year work rush, our children's school holiday events, and the list goes on and on.

Our lives are busy. But are we full?

For some of us, December is energizing and full of elation, for others it is lonely and full of longing, and for yet others it is somewhere in-between both extremes.
